This copy is an Artist Proof that has been remarqued by the artist and countersigned by two of Coastal Command’s most famous pilots; John Cruickshank VC and Terry Bulloch plus three other Sunderland aircrew that flew on Coastal Command’s final mission of the war on 3 June 1945.
